Throughout Mike Ayres was extremely helpful and constructive in offering design ideas that improved our original designs. A big plus was that he was dedicated solely to our job, that was started on the day promised. He was meticulous with his workmanship and, although the job overran in time, he never compromised on quality of workmanship and put in extra hours to meet our deadline. Mike gave considerable thought as to how to achieve the best result given the space available. Prior to construction his advice concerning the selection of basin, toilet, shower cubicle, tiles, etc, was most useful. He then took great care when constructing the en-suite to achieve a high standard of finish. When options were available he always asked which we would prefer. Always courteous it was a pleasure to have him in the house.

Mike was helpful from the outset, assisting me in choosing an appropriate bath, shower, toilet, etc. The actual work was done to a very high quality and Mike went out of his way to keep me informed as to progress as he went along. His pricing is extremely reasonable, especially considering the good job he did. The quote was very detailed, giving breakdowns for the different costs, potential cost of different options, etc. The final price was very similar to the quote, with any differences down to me varying the spec slightly. All in all I'm very happy to recommend Mike to anyone wanting some work done. In fact, I'll probably use him myself in a year or two for a new kitchen if he's available.

A modern clean design for both rooms. I was happy to leave a door key. The plasterer and electrician came on the requested day and did excellent work. Mike has some very good ideas for small rooms.
