Fix / replace leaking radiator pipe in hall.
Ian came out very quickly on a Sunday to fix our pipes, polite and tidy.

Plumbing in bathroom.
Ian moved our heated towel rail and the connecting pipes under the floorboards to a different wall in our bathroom. He fitted a new bath tub in the place of a shower and replumbed the pipes from the boiler in the loft. His price was very reasonable, he cleaned up after himself and had some very helpful solutions to make the bathroom look smarter.

Come out with in one hour and put it right.

I arrived at 8am within 40 minutes of the call. I removed my shoes on entering customers home went into the loft and fixed the leak with no mess and have been asked to do other work I don’t understand this score.

Previous company unable to plumb in washing machine, left machine in garden. Kestrel carried machine into kitchen, plumb in machine. Wonderful.

Removed and replaced piece of pipework rear stopcock, which had split.
