Kevin and his team installed a new kitchen for me 3 years ago and I was very pleased with the completed work. He again did an excellent job on the exterior of my house. His team are punctual and tidy in their work. The lines of communication were very good and I was always kept informed of progress on the job. There was a very small issue with a piece of guttering after they had finished which they came to sort out very promptly - you can't ask for more. I would highly recommend Kevin and his team.

Kevin and his team were a pleasure to have around. They were punctual every day, cleaned up every day before leaving, kept us informed of the programme and completed the job within the timescale. The quality of their work is excellent, even the Building Inspector commented on it. I love my new room and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

We had used Kevin and his team on a number of previous occasions and returned to them again when our kitchen needing much work completed. As usual, Kevin and his team worked wonders, transforming a tired kitchen in need of some serious improvements into a kitchen to be proud of. Neighbours have remarked many times about the excellent standard of work they can see in our new kitchen, so yet again Kevin and his team performed brilliantly. Would we use another firm of builders? No, we wouldn't. Kevin and his team are a professional, polite, quality firm who ALWAYS complete work to our complete satisfaction.

Extremely good and clean with a strong work ethic. Always punctual, considerate and caring. (Quite unusual). Work was excellent. At all times he knew exactly what he was doing and got on with it. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Fantastic, reliable, as a women I felt when discussing issues that I was taken seriously, and any queries were answered and dealt with promptly. I cannot recommend Kevin and his team highly enough. My shower is fabulous, resembles a boutique hotel wet room..west end standards local business fab combination !!!!!

I would have no hesitation in recommending Holley Building Services. Our job was relatively big but Kevin and his team stayed very closely to the time targets set throughout. The workmanship was of a high standard and time keeping was perfect. A high level of consideration was given, which was key as we have a young family. Kevin arranged regular meetings with me to provide updates on the work and any changes to plans were discussed fully.

Professional high quality service from start to finish. All the team were polite, hard working and considerate. Removed shoes when in house. Gave clear explanations of what needed doing. Estimate clear, giving two quotes when extent of work needed would only be known once the work had been started. (best and worst case scenario) We are delighted to find a builder who is prepared to carry out numerous fairly small jobs.
