They didn't turn up on time and did the job a few days late. Damage caused on an adjoining wall during the installation. They apologised and fixed it. I'd used the company before but would certainly not recommend them now.

We were unaware of any filler required as this was in an adjoining room: a room we hadn't needed to enter. The twenty minute remedial work was immediately dealt with when brought to our attention, sometime after installation. We sincerely appologise for any inconvenience caused.

4 new double glazed windows
Good products and price. Friendly, prompt workmen. Unfortunately a few chips and dents to our window sills and reveals and they didn't leave the brackets for us to re-hang our kitchen blind. To be fair they have offered to reimburse us for the cost of new brackets. Overall would recommend, a nice local company, providing good products for a good price.

Reaplcement doors and windows
They make their own windows, doors and conservatories unlike a lot of other double glazing companies who measure up and order their products from another supplier making the product cost more. Keymer Double Glazing have been the best for many years and there are no signs of any change in their quality and service.
