Kevan has actually fixed our boiler on a number of occasions this year (it is old and falling to bits!) and has been extremely helpful.  He has gone out of his way to help me as soon as I needed it, including coming out in the evening and Saturday morning. I couldn't recommend him more highly!

Kevan gave a very competitive quote, was informative regarding the type of boiler needed, arrived at the time agreed for fitting, was very tidy clearing all waste and explained exactly how the boiler worked before leaving.  I would definitely recommend and will be using his services again.

Our boiler broke down in the worst weather and we were unable to contact our engineer.  I phoned Mr Kimber and he came around Sunday morning, which pleased us. Subsequently we had a new boiler and he squeezed us in.  We were grateful and he charged half the price quoted by British Gas.

Having bought a new washing machine when it developed a fault Hotpoint tried to say that the plumbing was at fault.  The only way that I could prove that it was the machine at fault was to call out a plumber. Kevan responded immediately to my request and was even able to spare time to run the machine through to the fault point so that I was able to go back to Hotpoint.  Would certainly recommend and use again.
