In my opinion always turned up early and got on with the job, didn't allow me any time at the end of the job to inspect the final product and afterwards found some flaws in the work.

My response to the customers comments are as follows. We were on time for our initial appointment and arrived on site before 8am every day, considering the project was over 80 miles from our base, I think In my opinion that deserves a higher score.Tidiness, the customer found three or four wood screws in the grass when we left, this meant the score was downgraded from ten to seven. Courtesy, I don’t think it would be possible for the team to have been more polite and friendly than they were. Workmanship, When I approached the customer regarding the quality of the work his response was that out of more than 4000 screw holes that were piloted and countersunk, we had missed installing around 4 screws, hence the downgrade from 10 to 7. Finally in reply to not being given any time to inspect the work on completion, the customer was told that we were more than happy for him to put a cheque in the post at his convenience, but he wanted to pay there and then, how does this constitute not being given time to inspect. We strive for excellence at all times, read all of our other reviews, but appreciate that you cannot please all of the people all of the time.
