The directors are Andy Chipperfield and Julie Vickers and they have over 45 years of experience in the retail kitchen and bathroom industry. Andy entered the industry in 1981 and has been employed by some of the most prestigious bathroom and kitchen showrooms in Sussex both as a sales designer and project manager prior to joining KBW in 2002. Julie joined the original company in 1992 initially on the administration side but over the years has built up excellent product knowledge and with her professional attitude and customer service skills ensures that all our customers receive the very best of attention at all times.

Complete bathroom re-fit, bath replaced with shower, new sink, toilet, tiles etc.
We are delighted with our new shower room. A very professional service provided and excellent help with choosing the right products for our needs. Above all we were impressed with the standard of installation and with the care taken. You could hardly tell a bathroom fitter had been in the house, it was so tidy! Would definitely recommend this company.

Conversion of bathroom and cloakroom.
Aiden did a magnificent job single handedly and
we cannot recommend him highly enough. Any problems that arose he sorted out
with a minimum of fuss. However, there are some issues we would like to
address. The lack of communication between the Head office and the plasterer,
who turned up to plaster the small room with the appliances still intact. We
also still have no information re guarantees on work and appliances.
