Aiden did a magnificent job single handedly and we cannot recommend him highly enough. Any problems that arose he sorted out with a minimum of fuss. However, there are some issues we would like to address. The lack of communication between the Head office and the plasterer, who turned up to plaster the small room with the appliances still intact. We also still have no information re guarantees on work and appliances.

Completely new kitchen designed and installed, including stripping back to plaster. Exemplary quality throughout the project from design to installation, in what was a very challenging room. The fitter coped superbly with the skewed walls, ceiling and floors to produce a truly stunning result. We will be engaging KBW to work their magic on our bathroom next year. One thing to note is that KBW pricing is excellent value given the quality of the components used and the professionalism throughout. Their prices stood up very favourably to the 'high-street' chains when I compared estimates. We would wholeheartedly recommend KBW.

KBW managed to complete quite a large building and refitting project with the utmost professionalism throughout. I have no hesitation in recommending them without reservation. From start to finish they were committed to making the process as easy and worry free for me as possible and they were as good as their word. Faultless service, from choosing products in the shop to completed work they made the whole experience for me hassle free. The fitter arrived the time stated, was very courteous and efficient. I forgot he was here as he just got on with his work. He cleaned up on finishing leaving my bathroom spotless. I am more than satisfied with the work he has done, the price I paid was as quoted by the salesman. From the moment I entered the shop the way I was treated I knew I made the right choice, they were so helpful towards me. I also got a call after the work was carried out to see if I was satisfied. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.

They were able to begin work sooner than we had anticipated (which was excellent!); and Aiden (our fitter) was friendly, always arrived on time and did truly exceptional work. Finally, the cost, while near the upper end of our budget, was great value especially in view of the quality of the suite and of Aiden's workmanship.
