Fitting of kitchen work tops and sink and modification of boiler cover.
In my opinion lack of communication, I emailed them requesting that they provide a side panel fro the boiler cover this was not done and then I had to try and source this my self and a reduction in price but they would not do this.

There was lack of communication, most of the contact was by email. The customer sent me an email, that she had sent to her previous kitchen supplier,and what they had replied to her about a panel.From that l should have assumed l was supposed to go and get a panel, but l would not have had anything to match it with?On the day of the work, the panel was mentioned to Steve,(may l say this was also not priced in with the work, or it would have been quite clear on her quote.The customer then tried to source a panel (l did offer to do this) but found it to be to expensive.Steve suggested that he could make a panel from MDF and then it could be painted to match her doors/units.
This the customer accepted and at the time was very pleased, as Steve did not charge her for the MDF or fitting it.On phoning to make the final payment, the customer was hoping to get a discount, and because there was no reasonfor us to give a discount, she then became very negative.
