Keith is a genuinely nice guy who tries his utmost to be professional and customer oriented. He sticks to his price and his commitment to do things. Unfortunately, some of the people working for him do not share the same care and attention to detail. There were a few minor issues which detracted from an overall very good job.

What a delight to find good, friendly, honest professionals! This cistern has been a problem with constant faults proving a challenge for 3 former plumbers - eventually MacDee sent a complete replacement of the internal workings. The bathroom is badly fitted so the working space was very limited - Not a problem for Keith and Darren - who turned up exactly when they said they would, carried out the work quickly - solving problems as they went with no fuss. With the cistern now fixed and working beautifully we cannot recommend Keith highly enough. The contact details have been saved for future jobs and will be passed along to friends and via checkatrade - which is where we found Keith! - Thank you.

This was an 'emergency call-out', when heating failed to come on in the morning. Repair engineer arrived within 30 minutes as promised, traced fault, went to Redhill to obtain replacement part and finished job, all with the utmost courtesy and efficiency. Unbeatable service!

Keith and Andy came early in the morning to fix an overflowing expansion tank. The CH system has had problems for many years as it was installed v badly in the first place (by a prior owner). Several plumbers have examined the system and made daft suggestions of key problems. These two at last identified the real problems and fixed them efficiently and at a fair price. My original 'phone call was at approx.1pm today. I was advised they would be with me between 2 and 4pm today: they arrived at approx. 3.15pm. No estimate was given but the outside stand tap pipe was replaced together with a valve to avoid it happening again. They were here for 20/30 mins. The charge was £50. I don't know if this is fair or not as I have nothing to compare with. They were polite and cheerful and I was very glad to get the job done.

Keith and his team were a pleasure to have in our home. They had to remove the old forced air heating system make good and install new heating system and shower. His team also removed a "dropped ceiling area" which hid the large pipe work. Another of his team removed the artexed ceilings in the dining and sitting rooms and a further team re -plastered the whole area. His recommended roofer did a fantastic job on the flat porch roof. When our decorator drained the system and the boiler ceased working Keith had someone to us within 45 mins. Highly recommended!
