Called me back within an hour of leaving message, came the next morning, on time, to do work. Diagnosed the problem and showed me what he had found and explained everything he was going to do. He had to go out to get parts, and did the job quickly and efficiently. He cleaned up after himself as well. I would happily use this company again. Excellent service.

Kieran and Nick did a great job stripping out our old bathroom and replacing it with minimal mess and disruption. The job was quite large and involved reconnecting the loo to the mains but all was done well. Delighted, there was a leak on the towel rail radiator after it was fitted, Kieran came back as soon as possible. He had to drain the whole system again. One more problem occurred he came back again at a time that suited me (better than British gas for that). All is well now.

Kieran is a very pleasant person who works efficiently and tidily - he offered some very good suggestions on the work required which comprised fitting an outside cold water tap, replacing a leaking washing machine supply tap, servicing the ball-valves of the two storage tanks in the loft advising on the necessity of replacing the main stopcock. He kept to his estimate with no extras and was reasonably priced. He left everywhere clean and tidy. I fully recommend him to anyone requiring the services of a first class plumber.

He was, before and during the work undertaken, very friendly and pleasant, but most importantly his work was outstanding. he has amazing pride in his work and is not governed by the clock, but by the quality of the work he does. Any further plumbing work I have, I would wait months for just for Kieran and I would highly recommend him to anyone, no matter how big or small the job was. I have never experienced a tradesman like him before. Five stars.
