Excellent, honest, timely and overall good work! It was a relief to find someone that not only comes out to you to do the work but you can feel completely comfortable that you know you will not be ripped off as there are a lot of rip off artists out there, Kevin is not one of them, reasonable prices and doesn't try and say you need your engine replaced when all it may have been was a spark plug! I Highly recommend Kevin to anyone and consider him to be the mechanic I will always use when ever I should need his services again. And he didn't break my tea cup!

After a bad three weeks of the car belt braking and replacement alternators then a breakdown on the motorway where I lost lights, power steering and central locking at rush hour. He came out and sorted my car now not worrying. Fantastic :-) Thanks so much.

Having phoned other mobile mechanics over a couple of days with no reply. I contacted KTJ Mobile Service Company this morning. Kevin arrived in less than an hour, knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it in five minutes. I was so relieved not to need a new clutch, but completely amazed when he refused to charge me as he was in the area anyway. I would thoroughly recommend this company and will be using them again in the future. Thank you so much Kevin.

I know nothing about cars and have always had the feeling before I am probably being taken for the fool I am. No concerns with KTJ Mobile Service Company, great value, works hard and gets the job done. Today we had the same problem as a few months ago, part changed and no charge due to warranty. Cannot recommend enough.

Kevin came round at 11am and by the time I was bringing out his coffee he had almost finished. He knew exactly which caliper to fit ( my car is on the cross over year ) and fitted it in no time at all. I was so impressed with the service. I cant recommend him enough. My neighbour also used him after my recommendation.

We have used Kevin for all the work on our cars since finding him and have only praise for his service, dedication and professionalism. On this occasion though we called Kevin on a Saturday night and explained the issue which at that point had been indicated to us was an issue with the starter motor (by the AA). Kevin promised to come out on a Sunday to resolve it and duly arrived by 8am, ran a full diagnostic check and identified that it was an issue with the battery, sourced and fitted a new one so we could get on the road by about 10am, all on a Sunday. Really can't fault him and have recommended him to any and all who will listen!

For the first repair, replacing the timing belt, Kevin gave me a competitive quotation over the phone, but when he saw what the actual job involved, he reduced it by over a hundred pounds and kept to his final estimate. Apart from doing a quick and clean job, Kevin also gave me good advice about my tyres and even phoned his usual contact to check the price. Having also obtained other quotations, I could see that their prices were low. For the second repair, Kevin replaced my aerial efficiently, but also waited patiently over half an hour doing his paperwork while I was getting the necessary parts. I would definitely recommend Kevin for his workmanship and professionalism.

Can't fault. My car had failed it's MOT due to a sticky handbrake which was either replacing discs or a clean up. Called Kevin and was told he couldn't fit me in for a while. I explained the situation (MOT Expiring) and he managed to fit me in that day between jobs. He gave me a quote of a maximum depending on what was required. When he got here, he sorted the problem out quickly and cleaned up behind himself - even cleaning the thumb print off my license plate. Can't fault him for efficiency and for once, I didn't feel ripped off unlike other garages. Would definitely use again next time something is wrong.

Provided free of charge estimate, then completed the work at my home address for the fee charged. Much better option than the rip off prices that main dealers charge. I would shudder to guess how much more it would have been there. Why would anyone use a main dealer? Kevin was reliable, experienced and friendly. Will use again if needed.

Because of his reliable and efficient service I decided 'on the stop' to continue to use him going forward. I rang in the morning and although I said it wasn't an urgent problem, Kevin found found time to come round after 5pm and stayed (in the rain) until he had fixed the underlying problem - something that the main dealership had failed to do. Sorry this review is so late. I'm so forgetful! Having been told by the other company that I needed a new starter motor, I was given Kevin's number by a friend. Kevin arrived promptly and ran some further diagnostics and confirmed that the starter motor was in fact fine and the water pump was the problem. He was able to have the part delivered and the car fixed within a short time. Very reasonable, quick and professional service.
