A polite, courteous, efficient professional with a pleasant, trustworthy disposition. Completing the work ahead of schedule, Mr Barham re-plastered the ceiling and walls to a broadly acceptable standard, but did require use of our vacuum cleaner to remove dust / debris etc. generated by his team during the day (suggest use of their own vacuum cleaner at customers' premises). Responding well to telephone calls and queries, Mr Barham was readily contactable at all times and provided regular updates to changes in his working arrangements (occurred twice over two days). A knowledgeable, hardworking professional, I have no reservation in recommending Mr Barham to any future customer.
