I have been operating within the construction industry for 10 years working on new builds, domestic and commercial property and a number of listed buildings within Sussex and Kent.
We have extensive knowledge and skills to carry out complete new builds, extension and refurbishing. My self and my team aim to carry out all projects that we undertake to the highest possible standards, so that you don't have to look anywhere else when your next project arises.
Qualified carpenter by trade but have adapted and learnt a number of other trades within the company that I have trained with. I believe my self and my team are polite, punctual, clean and tidy and also able to adapt to problems that may occur. We have a number of very qualified and experienced sub contractors that will be more than happy to help carry out any work that we do not specialise in.

Kitchen extension and internal alterations to bungalow.
Lee and his team were very professional whilst working for us in building our kitchen extension and whilst doing all the internal alterations as requested. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Always very clean, courteous and proficient. Where problems appeared, we were fully consulted and agreed solutions found which satisfied both us as the customer and all relevant building regulations. We would highly recommend them to future customers looking for a first class building firm and would have no hesitation in using them in the future ourselves.

Conversion of coach house to provide guest accommodation
This was a long project during which Lee Fletcher was engaged to complete a number of building tasks including flooring, dry walling, plastering, carpentry as well as general building tasks. All works have been completed to a good standard and within time scales agreed. We have been pleased with the works carried out by lee and have continued to extend further requests to him to complete other general building works at our home.

Wall knocked through, door blocked up and another door put in.
Brilliant from start to finish, even cleaned the kitchen sides after making tea!. Turned up on time and finished on time. A brilliant job. So good infact we are hoping to use Lee again very soon
