Lewis carried a service on the alarm, after we had a message on the alarm that the PIR battery was low and needed replacing. Excellent work carried out on the whole alarm unit..

Security alarm repair - new battery and PIR sensor
Apart from not responding or replying to my text message over the weekend when our alert alarm was going off every hour night and day, but then neither did two other Checkatrade security firms, Lewis did an excellent job. He knows his stuff and is a very pleasant and efficient worker. He charged exactly what he had quoted and left the alarm system working well after checking it. He would have received four 10 scores, if he had replied to my text over the weekend, because he did a very good job and I would certainly recommend him.
