Installing fittings in shower, restoring correct flow and temperature, advice
Lloyd was so helpful. Location of fittings done with full consultation and perfect job. I was shown exactly how to manage flow and temperature and discussed other helpful options. First phone call instant answer and work done next day. Excellent.

New boiler installation.
These guys are amazing, not sure what planet they come from as they don't seem to make them like these guys any more. As for the owner of the company Mr Lee Stafford his brain must be like a computer he knows everything there is to know and talks it through on a very easy understanding language. Don't ever give your works up you will missed badly.

Radiator removed and outside tap fitted.
I found Lee very easy to deal with when explaining what work needed to be done at my house, when his operatives arrived they were polite and efficient and all work was carried out in a professional manner. Everything was cleaned and tidied before they left and all rubbish was removed - I would have no hesitation in recommending LWL Heating.

Boiler Replacement
Once it was assessed I would need a replacement boiler, LWL came in on the very first day convenient to me, and had a new boiler up and running by that evening. They are a hard working, extremely polite team who kept me informed of what they were doing continuously. I cant recommend them enough.

Called to get some advice about a central heating boiler problem
Lee had emailed a response the previous evening giving me some very practical advice. He also offered to discuss the problem with me on the telephone if I called him today. When I called he had just finished his first job and was more than happy to discuss my problem in some detail and at length. I would not hesitate his recommend his services based on his welcoming attitude, technical advice and experience all given free of charge.

Mended 'overheating issue' on Glow Worm 30hxi boiler
Our boiler went pear shaped at about 2pm and I was lucky an LWL heating engineer was working in our suburb that day. He was round in twenty minutes and made an excellent job of fixing it on the spot. He talked me through what had gone wrong, showed me what he was doing and didn't need payment on the spot because they send out invoices in the post. A truly excellent family firm I'd recommend to anyone. I've already tweeted about them and I'll gladly sing their praises to anyone who'll listen! They made a potentially stressful situation bearable. Very impressive. Thanks again!

Faulty Boiler
Problem with the boiler over the weekend period. No hot water being supplied. After following the manual to try and reset the boiler ourselves with no joy we decided to contact a number of "emergency call out" engineers". Lee Stafford responded to our call immediately, whilst others failed to respond. He talked through the problem, checked through his own manuals and offered further advice to resolve the fault. He was very patient and helpful in manner and gave clear, concise instructions.....obviously very knowledgeable. We managed to resolve the fault with his assistance over the phone and get our hot water running again.  Even more fantastic that this did not cost a penny...Lee guided us through the process of what to do over the phone. Based on our experience of his telephone support we would have no hesitation in using his services again and most definately recommend him if you experience a faulty boiler.
