Very satisfied and would highly recommend Lady Locksmith. I telephoned to make enquiries and Carol was here within the hour, she knew exactly what was wrong. Carol sought the part needed and returned the next day at a time suitable to me and fitted the new lock. Excellent Service, very courteous and friendly and it was a pleasure to deal with a trades person who didn't make me feel pressurised or intimidated.

My mother who is 93 was having problems with a sticky front door lock mechanism. Carol found the problem on her first visit, sourced the necessary spares and returned to fix the door. My mother was impressed with Carol and was glad she wouldn't have to have a new lock. Carol even offered to pop out and get my mother some milk as she was running out!

Front door key refused to work early this morning so found this company in Yellow Pages. They turned up promptly and got me back in the house and put in a replacement lock. All sorted with minimum of fuss and they were very friendly. Would def use again. Initial call-out fee quoted did go up but that is only because of the fact that I needed a new lock so no issues.

Late in the afternoon I found I couldn't shut my front door, I had to be out early the next day, Carol arrived very quickly, even though it was out of hours, very friendly and pleasant, soon I had a new lock at a reasonable charge with no extras, I would definitely use Lady Locksmiths again.

I rang Lady Locksmiths just after 3pm, they arrived at 6pm and by 6.30pm the door was sorted. The new lock and three new keys plus the cost of fitting was £75. I would recommend them.
