Laguna Services converted our garage into an office/guest bedroom with a downstairs loo and small utility area in the rear. The work took a little longer than we hoped but we found Kev to be very adaptable to our needs as the project progressed. We are very happy with the finished product. This was a complex job with re-plumbing, plastering and correcting some inaccessible original work. Kevin is always conscientious and concerned to get things right. He discusses the work and any changes that are advisable. Earlier this year, he completely rebuilt our kitchen to a high standard. I am very pleased with the downstairs toilet refurbishment and plan to have our bathroom refitted by him in the new year.

Kev was able to make suggestions and helped out not only with the work but with the supply of materials which in all reduced the overall cost of the project. The job was fairly complex as we wanted a section of our dining room studded off to create a space for a downstairs cloakroom. Due to the fact that space was all on internal walls it was quite a challenge to get the waste pipes away. However, Kev and his colleague did a fantastic job and we're really thrilled with the final result. They were really helpful all the way through, fantastic value for money compared to other quotes and made changes as we asked for them. Would definitely recommend Laguna to friends and family.
