Erection of new boundary fence
Luke provided a perfect service from start to finish, always on time, tidy and extremely courteous to both myself and our neighbors. The work was finished to a very high standard, on time and on budget. I couldn't have asked for anything more from Luke and his partner they had to lower the ground level clear the area of a lot of debris before they could even start the fence installation. I would definitely have LDC Building Services back to my house for further work and would always recommend to friends.

Removal of garage and laying foundations for new building

New Block Paving Driveway.
Requested Luke's advice with regards to my driveway, he arrived promptly and suggested utilising block paving even providing samples of the blocks. Having agreed the type of blocks required, Luke and Alan commenced with the driveway project. Unfortunately shortly after the driveway was started the block supplier let Luke down, Luke showed true dedication and instantly resolved the matter by contacting additional suppliers. The driveway is now completed and I am truly overjoyed with the final results.. Both Luke and Alan provided a wonderful service throughout and I cannot thank them enough.... I would Highly recommend LDC Building Services to family and friends.

Off road parking spaces with garden path, with installation of a pond.
Luke and Alan came and carried out the work in a very professional manner and although it took longer than we had estimated and we needed a lot more skips to carry out the work, they completed it and we are thrilled with the result. It has made a big difference to the look of the property and we have had many lovely comments from neighbours. Would highly recommend.

Laid a screed garage floor
We obtained 3 quotes from local tradesman. Luke was very prompt in coming to visit us following our initial enquiry and provided us with the best quote. Upon instructing LDC to go ahead with our new floor, Luke made all the necessary arrangements and booked us in quickly. Luke arrived promptly on the agreed date and he worked very hard the whole time he was with us. He was very thorough in his work and we were very pleased with the end result. Luke also did a fantastic job of tidying up and cleaning our driveway for us after he had finished the floor. We were extremely pleased overall the service LDC provided us with and we would defiantly recommend them to all and we will be using them again for future work.

Remove old garden wall to ground level and re build a new wall
I was very impressed with the standard of Lukes work, he left my Garden clean and tidy at the end of the day. I was kept upto date with the progress of the work. Lukes prices are very competitive and when the job was finished Luke came back to make sure we werre fully happy with the job.
