Leaves Building and Maintenance Contractors Ltd was first formed in 1978, carrying out new builds. 

In 1993 the company evolved to include commercial and industrial work, i.e. schools, local authorities, retirement homes, office and industrial buildings

We carry out a planned and reactive maintenance alongside contract work for local authorities, housing associations and chartered surveyors, schools, retirement homes, office buildings, etc, as well as domestic work, with most of our own workforce and alongside nominated contractors, which have worked for us for many years.
