My garden has been transformed! Les and Ashley worked relentlessly for 3 days (often in horrible weather conditions). They were amazingly deft and quick with cutting and clearing. I enjoyed their good humour and they are clearly experts in their trade. They were punctual, polite and trustworthy. I would strongly recommend them and plan to ask them to return for phase 2 very soon. They left outside very clean and tidy. Brilliant work!

Les and his son worked very hard to clear the jungle which we inherited as a front garden when we moved in. It wasn't even level, it was on a slope. They took all the rubbish away and it has made such a difference. It was a real eyesore for our neighbours. They are really nice people and always smiling and courteous even though it was hard work. I was impressed with Les from the very start. I had a few quotations for the job and Les was the only one that stayed for longer than 10 mins. I also liked that he discussed alternatives and ideas with me, rather than just quoting for what I asked for. It wasn't the lowest quote but I was confident from my discussions with Les that they were the right people for the job! When the old decking was removed, the framework underneath was very dodgy and the ground unlevel so Les recommended that we have it completely removed and they build a new wooden frame. He made it clear to me that this would obviously cost more but advised that it was the best option to get a good quality finish. The job went on for a while due to the extra work involved and bad weather, but I was kept informed throughout. The end invoice was very reasonable when we calculated the amount of time taken to complete the job. After the job was completed, there was one aspect that I wasn't happy with. Les happily came back to rectify this at no extra cost. The new decking is wonderful, especially with the extensions that make the garden look so much bigger. I would happily recommend Les and Ashley to others. They have a 'can-do' ethos which is very refreshing in tradesmen!
