Replacement close board fencing.
Pros:- Hand built fence on concrete spurs. Cons:- Use of cheaper, ungraded softwood treated to use class 2. Better quality class 3/4 recommended.

Response from Les & Ashley Burden Grounds Maintenance:
Firstly upon our initial meeting with the customer every conceivable bit of detail was discussed and given regarding construction method & materials to be used throughout as standard procedure. In response we have today thoroughly investigated with our regular fencing timber supplier whom confirm no such quality standards exist for treated sawn softwood timber, however stress grading C16 & C24 does apply although not relevant in this case. In fact we understand the grading referred to by the above customer does exist but only applies to machined joinery timber, clearly not at all suitable for exterior fence construction. Furthermore the customer was also not happy the fact there were knots in the timber.
