Used for approx. 5 months. We had no issue with the cleaner herself but found them unreliable. There were several occasions in the short time we used them when there was confusion over the time of the clean or I was just not informed of a change of time which was quite inconvenient to me. In my opinion this became a bit of a joke as when I complained and a new time was agreed upon the cleaner still arrived at the previous time. The tone of the manager in my dealings with him was rather brusque. I no longer use them.

When we met this customer we were informed that there was no preference to the time that a cleaner could arrive – we was given a key for entry. After the initial rearrangement we had informed the staff member to advise customer that the time would then resort back to the original time. No secondary complaints were received so this was not made aware to us. We would assure that our existing customers would not say that the manager in question has a brusque tone but we pride in being a friendly approachable company.

We've had Michael and his team at Let's Blitz It clean our house on a weekly basis for the last 4 months now; we've never had any issues, the level of service and standards of cleaning perfectly satisfactory and a huge help to us given our busy work schedules - it's so nice to come home to a clean house and not have to spend our time at the weekends dusting, hoovering and cleaning bathrooms etc!
