Repaired leaking Isar boiler, supplied and fitted the required parts
Two very professional and polite men, responded very quickly to my call, looked at the problem ordered parts and came back to fit with out delay.  Also helped fix my toilet which wasn't on the list! "19/3/07 called to provide estimate. Customer given verbal quote of approx £150 for supply and fit of similar replacement WC. Customer expressed that it was important due to illness that washing machine waste was repaired or replaced as he was unable to use it without it flooding. Waste had been installed undersized and was blocked, only option was replacement. Also showed us leak on bath waste which was split, replacement section required.On parting and after having been given a verbal quote for the WC ONLY he emphasised that he wanted a better quality seat fitted and attention asap. Job was slotted in as a matter of urgency for his benefit without a written quote.Carried out works on 22/3/07, took in excess of four hours and with material costs well in excess of £150. Cistern fitted using four fittings required by installation instructions and insert into waste (previously leaking) was renewed at time of installation. Only comment we would make regarding the making good is that as we had no mortar on board this was carried out with clear mastic to form an effective weather seal and blinded with sharp sand to blend in with existing mortar. We have not received payment for works carried out as customer cancelled cheque and we will be submitting a new invoice along with a copy of these comments. We will make a deduction of £30 with regard to his comments on the mortar to enable him to have this carried out by others.
