What an incredibly helpful person. He turned up on time, was ineffably patient and kind, whilst discovering there was no opportunity (without huge expense) for me to install a flame effect gas fire in the fireplace in my new home, which has already been set up with a gas supply - but its at the wrong level and the fireplace and flue are too small anyway. He gave a lot of kind advice, was here for at least half an hour - and did not charge for his services. I would like to give this company the highest possible commendation - he could so easily have conned me into spending a lot of money, but he did the opposite.

We originally had booked for our boiler to be replaced on Jan 4th but the old one decided to pack up early.  They bent over backwards to bring the date forward to ensure that we had heating for xmas. They did not charge us when they tried to get the old going, so they fitted a new one.
