I cannot recommend this company enough!!...they have been fantastic to work with. We had a big project on our hands( a complete refurbishment of a kitchen,...including new wooden floors, new ceilings and complete decoration).. and have put it off for a few years....if only we had discovered them earlier. The quality of the workmanship is excellent... they came in on budget..plus nothing was too much trouble...we had complete confidence in Paul and his team...we were able to trust them all to work whilst we went away for a weeks holiday!! (a real blessing)...we now have a dream kitchen..... the thing that impressed us the most is they do everything....from electrics, decorating, building work....plumbing...anything you require....this made the whole experience quite painless....we will not hesitate to use them again.

As a complete novice as far as having a new kitchen fitted, and someone who really had no idea what I wanted, I was very impressed with the care taken to make sure I chose what I wanted from many options, and no pressure was put on me to commit to Maven Care until I was totally satisfied with my choices. Paul Wareham and his team completed the work swiftly with minimum of disturbance and always kept to the times specified by them. I would highly recommend them.

Glen, our initial contact, based in the showroom, completely understood our wish for a contemporary design, enhancing our original plan by making helpful suggestions. Work started earlier than originally planned and we welcomed Paul and his team, who did the building work and installation, in our home. Our kitchen presented a number of different problems: We live in a second floor flat with no lift. It is a large kitchen with around 20 solid wood cupboards/drawer units, plus all the appliances. The building is 200 years old so none of the walls, floors and ceilings are level. We are in the centre of town so parking is difficult. Maven care took all the problems in their stride, and the three fitters mantra was `we haven` t been beaten yet`. It required the delivery lorry to park on the street while they carried all the units up the stairs. The design had to be re-arranged sometimes to accommodate the sloping floor and ceiling, and they made one or two suggestions that gave a better layout. The infill fillet between the top of the cupboards and the ceiling had to be carved to fit in places as the ceiling waved up and down. One of the cupboard doors was damaged and one drawer front was cracked and they immediately ordered new replacements. All this was coped with in good heart despite the fact that the job ran over the allotted time, and meant they had to return several times to complete it. The workmanship was excellent and I am delighted with my finished kitchen.

We approached Liberty Kitchens for a design and quotation for new kitchen units, appliances, etc. After a recommendation from a fitting company (Steve and Rich Property Services, Eastleigh). The showroom in Totton, Southampton is well layed out without being overly complicated. Glen Campbell was excellent in guiding us through the various styles and options, but without being pushy or condescending (we were novices at choosing a kitchen!). He came out to survey and drew up a good provisional design and costing (including "CAD" drawing of how the kitchen would look). He went through this carefully with us, and we had a couple of visits to negotiate some minor changes. Each time he re-quoted quickly, clearly and accurately, and made the whole process very easy for us. The price was very good compared to another quote from a national chain, with better quality. Lead time was about two weeks, but Liberty stored the units over Christmas and co-ordinated delivery perfectly to suit our fitters. The order was complete and undamaged on arrival. It's now fitted and we're absolutely delighted with the result. The quality is very high for a keenly priced kitchen (e.G. There are solid backs to the units and matching internal colours that other suppliers don't provide). We have only a few minor quibbles. The "magic corner" swing out basket supplied is not the same design we saw in the showroom. We've accepted it, but weren't warned about the change in advance. Smaller items such as the door handles weren't fully described in the quote (e.G. By catalogue reference). This may be standard practice in the industry? - but full descriptions on the quote might help prevent errors and disputes. We didn't get a revised CAD drawing of the final design (only a revised quote). It would have helped the fitters to have had this. Overall though, we are highly delighted with the service, price and quality of kitchen that Liberty supplied, and would be happy to recommend the
