Stained wall and ceiling.
Mr Smale's brief was to cover up a stained wall and ceiling. Mr Smale was extremely helpful in finding a solution and completed the task to a high standard - possibly doing more than asked, yet sticking to the agreed fee. I would be happy to recommend them.
