Live In Design has been established since 1994 and was founded by Eric Vokes. Over the years this company has gained an excellent reputation throughout the south. This has been achieved through the reliable, friendly and quality service that Eric and his dedicated team ensure all customers receive. Our service differs from other companies as we take care of our customers from the first initial meeting which is done by Eric himself, where advice is given and suggestions can be made to help you find the right windows, doors or conservatory to suit your home.

Once this has been done we send all of our customers a tailor made welcome pack which includes CAD (Computer Animated Design) designs of what your product will look like on your home. We use this software so that the customer can actually see what the product will look like on their home before completion. In the welcome package we also include pricing options so that everything is set out clearly for you to see.

We then carry out a thorough survey followed by a detailed schedule of our work and process so that you know what is going on and when, so that the installation process flows smoothly and you are always informed every step of the way. So the only thing you will need to worry about is picking out the design that you desire. Every project undergone by us is tailor made to suit you and your specifications from the materials used, the colours & textures, the type of glass you require i.e. energy saving, privacy glass, glass decor and much more we are able to find the perfect materials to suit your requirements.

Our aim as a company is to give excellent customer service and attention to detail giving you value for money together with high levels of professionalism.

Various new windows.
Over the past 12 months Eric and his team have provided us with 10 windows and a set of patio doors. The most recent visit was on the 12th of June 2013. The two fitters arrived promptly and spent a good 7 hours replacing a large 2.2m x 2.2 window and a large set of patio doors. They where polite and drank all my tea. They removed all the old windows, including secondary glazing and cleaned up behind them. The trim work was done very well. We've very happy with that they've provided and our recent experiences. Eric comes across as a honest chap and is very good to deal with. He was very patient in understanding my design for our large window, which has turned out just as we planned.

Supplying and fitting new double glazed back door, 3 windows and 1 new wave folding door.
Fitters arrived as promised with all necessary fitments to complete the job. Work was completed on time, fitters extremely polite, helpful and worked very clean and tidy. I thoroughly recommend this company, it's the 3rd time we have used them for various jobs at different houses and they never fail to deliver what they promise. Thank you and well done.
