Inspection of an empty house, estimates given and locks fitted
Locksmiths usually deal with emergencies when people are in desparate need of advice and speedy assistance. This firm was extremely helpful at a time when I was at a low ebb. Not only were they efficient, they were cheerful and courteous and took a load off my mind. What more can one hope for.

Drilled out the front door lock and repaired it - door was locked shut
Advice given on the phone was honest and helpful, actively trying to save costs. Turned up the same morning (it wasn't an emergency) and did what he said on the phone! He was also actively training up an assistant - good to see trades being passed on.
