The service was extremely helpful, polite and friendly. Originally, a few months ago, they actually informed me the work was not necessary, because the lock would function indefinitely with the broken spring, but could be done if we wanted. So very honest about work needed. Once we decided that we would go ahead, they had the job done within four days of me phoning to ask - including ordering n the part.
