The whole team is efficient, polite and professional! Communication is good between the builder and us, kept us informed at all times of any alterations. Very accommodating of all our extras, nothing is too much problem. Left site always clean and tidy. Ahead of schedule on planned works. Highly recommended.

Built in wardrobes in converted loft room.
We asked Loft Property to create a large built-in wardrobe unit in our converted loft bedroom around a chimney breast recess and sloping ceilings. The built-in wardrobes (which incorporated a bookcase and dressing table) were constructed to a very high standard and we are thrilled with the end result. Loft property were clean and courteous and completed the job within the timescale promised. I would happily recommend them to friends and family.

Loft extension.
I would definitely recommend Billy and his team. You will not meet a nicer or more reliable team of builders. They worked extremely hard on my loft extension and were kind and courteous to me and my two small children. They are also very tidy builders and never left the house anything other than clean when they left at night. They created a beautiful large bedroom with a lovely en suite bathroom out of a loft I had previously thought too small to convert. Billy is a skilled builder who has great vision and design and uses space to the maximum effect. He also uses quality professionals as part of his team (roofer, plumber, plasterer and electrician were all very good). My conversion took six weeks. I would not hesitate recommending Loft Property or using them again.

Rear extension and bathroom renovation.
Works carried out to an excellent standard, our Foreman WIlliam kept us informed through out so we knew exactly what was happening and when. Loft Property issued us with a works and payment schedule, clearly setting out what payments were due and when, which definately made the project less stressful. The results are fantastic and have added a new dimension to our home. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending the company and feel sure that we made the right decision in appointing Loft Property.

Loft conversion.
Loft Property have just completed a loft conversion for us. We have two very young children and were really pleased that they kept the workspace safe and extremely tidy.
