London Restorations also can provide a Project Management Service.  If you have your own architect and builder we can work with them on your behalf to take the hassle out of negotiating costs and provide a schedule of work to manage the contract from commencement to completion.

External refurbishment and decoration. Fireplace refurbishment.

I own a Grade II listed house that was in need of considerable external restoration and decoration. Additionally, a large Inglenook fireplace required rebuilding. I am delighted to say that all work has been carried-out to the highest standard exceeding my expectations in all respects.
