UPVC sash windows
In response to demand from customers, we have now started to fit new uPVC sashes from the best supplier in the market. There are many cheaper versions on the market but these are really special.
Complete with wood grain finish they are very close to the originals and are significantly cheaper than hardwood
UPVC is not for everyone, but these are the best on the market and are actually very practical where access for maintenance may be an issue.
The UPVC sashes we fit are from Roseview

Who will call at my house and who will do the actual work?
Steve Vanstone (the business owner) will call at your home to explain your options and provide you with any necessary quotations. We have two teams of dedicated staff who cover the area and Steve will remain responsible for overseeing any works and be your main point of contact until the job is completed.
No problem, your new sashes will look exactly the same as the old ones. Including configuration of glazing bars and if necessary the shape of the decorative horns and internal moulding profiles
When will I need to paint them again?
For all our external paintwork we use a combination of trade Dulux Weathershield (which says 'guaranteed for 6 years' on the tin) and TEKNOS micro porous paint (for new sashes). How long paint actually lasts will depend on which direction the window faces and how sheltered it is. For example a window facing South gets both the sun and all the wet weather and will need repainting before a similar window on the other side of the house
Do we work all year round?
Yes we do. In this country it is just as likely to rain in January as in August! We use plastic sheeting to keep the rain away from the area where we are working.
