Our boiler is only a year old but he gave it a full service because of some strange noises it had been making, however he only charged for the much quicker routine check. He will always go that extra step, has admirable attention to detail, highly recommended.

The job wasn't as simple as expected because of the strange way that the previous shower had been fitted. Simon had to do some retiling and then come back the next day to finish the job so it took much longer than it should but he charged a very reasonable rate. Very polite and friendly. Would use him again and recommend him to others.
