The front lock to my house broke while I was on holiday. Lucy came to the rescue of my nepwhew who was looking after the house. Not only did Lucy replace the front and rear door locks, she came back on my return to fine tune the lock on the rear door that was playing up. There was no additional charge for this service and I am left feeling I have had exceptional service, excellent value for money and a happy locksmith despite the fact I was thousands of miles away with no knowledge of the problem.
