Boxalls said Mark and team were excellent, and they were not wrong. What seemed a complicated bathroom problem was dealt with calmly and efficiently in a short time.. Mark, Phil and Neil were polite, very helpful, gave excellent advice, and did a super job. They were extra careful to leave a tidy house every day and all in all made a slight upheaval very easy. (Tip: Phil takes two sugars in his tea, the others nil). If you want the best, look no further..

New enlarged bathroom installed taking in old immersion tank cupboard. New studwork walls erected, new shower enclosure, door rehung, new lighting, tiling, fitting of new cupboard, towel rail etc. This is the 2nd complete bathroom that Mark Ludlow has installed for me. From start to finish a complete pleasure to deal with. Always polite, courteous and nothing is ever too much trouble. A complete perfectionist, always. I will be using his services again and would highly recommend his work.

Mark and his colleagues refitted the bathroom over 10 days. He arrived exactly when he said he would and the job took just about as long as he estimated, even managing the tiler, plasterer and electrician to fit his schedule. We left Mark the keys to the house as other reviewers had done and had no cause for concern. When we arrived home, it was difficult to believe he had even been in, such was his attention to cleanliness. I have never regretted my choice of tradesman and would use Mark again if I ever have need of such services in the future. Oh - and all this despite having pneumonia for most of week one! Thanks Mark. A fine job well done

I could not have been more happy with the installation of my new bathroom. The work was of the highest standard - faultless. These people are complete professionals. I hardly knew they were in the house. At the end of every day they tidied up and hoovered all of my landing and staircase - I was really quite amazed how clean and tidy they were.
