Boiler service and minor plumbing.
Everything said here about Mark is spot on. He persevered for a considerable time over a VERY difficult-to-find fault, but didn't rack up the price, or lumber us with new (unnecessary) parts. It is refreshing to find a proper tradesman offering an excellent service. Highly recommended.

Found and dealt with blockage in hot water boiler
Mr Street just came for a look and did the job there on the spot. Very polite, didn't waste time, did the job quickly and didn't leave a mess. Price was a nice surprise, we expected to pay a lot more for the job and the fact that he came out and worked on a Saturday. We have had to use various plumbers over the years and Mr Street is the only one we would recommend. In fact we have recommended him to our son.

Replacement shower tray.
Extremely tidy plumber, no mess, put protective cover over the stairs / carpet so no mess left. The whole job was perfect when finished.

Central Heating installation
Can't fault him. The quote was spot on. He worked alone but the job only took 4 days to install a complete central heating system. After each day, he tidied up and at the end of the job it was almost as if he hadn't even been there. Fantastic job. I would highly recommend him.
