Both Matthew (owner) and carpet layer Tony had very pleasant personalities with good knowledge of both carpets and correct underlay to use. Tony also re-laid the existing landing carpet using the suplus underlay to cure bumps and hollows due to perished old underlay. He volunteered to move a very heavy wardrobe- bedroom to another - all at no extra charge. I would recommend them.
