MB Design Services was set up in 2002 and has grown steadily since then, gaining work through recommendations from both previous customers and builders.

We specialise in the production of high quality planning and building regulation drawings for extensions, loft conversions, refurbishments and new build properties  Projects range from small single storey extensions to large individually designed houses and major developments for national house builders.

Planning and building regulation drawings advice and approvals

I have used MB design services for numerous extension projects of my own and have always been impressed with advice and service given. Being a builder myself I always recommend Marcus and Keith to my clients who require planning or building regulation approval and have always had good feedback. I find their drawings very informative and easy to work from. I am always happy to recommend them to other builders and domestic customers as they provide a good service.
