I couldn't fix the leak so called Matt. I didn't leave a message but Matt called back immediately and when I told him we would have to switch the water off he offered to come and fix it then even though it was 630pm in the evening and he was on his way home. Did a great job, really nice friendly guy and his charge was very reasonable at any time even more so when it was 'out-of-hours' We have finally found the local plumber we have been looking for but had never found for any future work. Highly recommend and he is worthy of the 10s above.

Polite, hard working and enthusiastic but I feel that the quality of finishing left much to be desired - tiling especially . After remedial work a lot of cleaning to resolve grout and mastic on the floor tiles was needed by us.

In my opinion poor communication by phone and job,poor quality on fitting new sink, by poor sealing on worktops with no sealing at the back. Over spill of sealant on small outlet now brown ring on white sink. No quality checks, hand tighten unions on taps. Leak from taps, no answer from M Brierley. Paid to another to stop leak, no apology, no compensation offered.

I haven’t heard from the customer until he left me negative feed back on Checkatrade. I did the job for him over 4 months ago. I am sorry he wasn’t happy with my work. Had he contacted me we could have resolved this issue sooner.
