WHEN WAS MCS ESTABLISHED?
MCS were first established as a sole trading company in 1996 and in 2008 registered as a limited company with companies house.
TELL US A BIT ABOUT YOURSELF
We are a cleaning and maintenance company offering specialised services for corporate, commercial and domestic clients.
In 2010 we opened we opened our first retail outlet were we supply both the general public and professional cleaning companies with a wide range of cleaning products and equipment
WHAT DO YOUR SERVICES CONSIST OF?
The cleaning services we offer are office cleaning for both commercial and corporate clients covering deep cleans, carpet cleaning and window cleaning. For our window cleaning we use both traditional methods and our water fed pole system also known as the reach and wash system.
We also offer a gutter cleaning service which is proving very popular.
We offer a reliable and friendly handyman and maintenance service for our domestic and commercial clients from changing light bulbs, putting up shelves to re-hanging doors.
We have built a good team of painters and decorators and have painted over 300 properties in the last 3 years.
WHAT ACCREDITATIONS AND INSURANCE DO YOU HOLD?
We have Safe Contractor, BICS, Environmental Agency and we hold public and employees insurance. MCS are always aiming to gain more accreditation' s and training is always ongoing.
HOW DO MCS VET THERE STAFF?
All MCS staff are fully CRB checked and we also check personal details i.e passports and birth certificates to ensure MCS and our clients can rest assured.
HOW DO MCS TRY TO HELP THE ENVIRONMENT?
MCS stock, use and sell a range of environmentally friendly products which is always recommended.
We are also planning to convert our vehicles to LPG to be friendly to the environment.
All MCS jobs that require a vehicle are journey planned to cut emissions.
In the office we purchase paper with maximum available recycle content, don’t print when it is not necessary and recycle all we can, keep sockets turned off when not in use and try to use companies that take back packaging for reuse.
