We are an established Builders in Horsham with a reputation to be proud of. MD Construction are a local building firm based in Horsham West Sussex. We can manage your project and liaise with architects and your local council. Building work.
We used them to build a new roof on our house. So it affected the whole of our house and could have been a whole lot more stressful had they not been so tidy and efficient. They were cheerful, trustworthy, punctual and above all very professional. We are very pleased with the work they have done for us. I would be happy to recommend them.

Re-design and relay patio, identify source of damp problem in cellar and repair

Mike is a true professional, he is thorough and meticulous, he always explains what he is doing and why he is doing it. He was extremely helpful with the damp problem in our cellar even though it was not part of his original brief and did all that he could to identify the cause and stop it happening. This is the third time we have engaged MD construction, we highly recommend them for all building works.

Repair Tiling to roof of old Sussex House

I can recommend this Builder whom I obtained from Checkatrade. He was not frightened by an old Sussex House. He was competent  and is a reliable time keeper. The day was fixed but he had the courtesy to come round personally to say his assistant was ill. As the roof is a high one it was too dangerous to fix alone. We arranged another date and arrived on the dot @8am and worked well to complete before darkness, I will ask for his services again.

Loft conversion, moved staircase, walls and floors throughout house.

The work was actually carried out between October and December 2009, but the calendar wouldn't let me go back that far. Dave and Mike are brilliant guys. We brought them in to do our loft conversion when I was heavily pregnant. At the last moment before work started, our architect (who was supposed to be managing the project) disappeared on us. Dave stepped up and worked with me to make sure I knew what was going on at every stage of the project. The only reason the price went up was, for example, when they found rotting joists under the ground floor. In fact, even though they had no obligation to, they split the cost of replacing them with us. We were working to a very tight deadline and MD construction and their team did everything in their power to ensure they met it. Nothing was too much trouble. I really can't recommend MD Construction more highly.
