Single-storey kitchen extension.

1 week before work was due to start the builder I was going to use pulled out. I looked on check a trade and called M D Powell. The work that has been done is of a top quality, both in craftsmanship and professionalism. Their work for me was very clean, tidy and they are very polite. No usage of bad or inappropriate language at all. Mike ( MD Powell) has an excellent workforce. They instilled confidence from the start and it proved to be the best work I, my family, my friends or neighbours have seen. They work weekends - if convenient with the client and are personable and highly reliable. When my other builder pulled out I was so stressed and nervous but when MD Powell commenced the work I could see what a blessing that let down by initial builders was. Mike was able to instigate a change in architect and my original ideas - as he said " I can see it, and do it all but I just cant get it pen to paper." Those ideas were visionary and this kind of knowledge comes from many years working on many projects from the small to large scale. I could not have had a better building experience. I would happily recommend and would be happy to talk to anyone undecided.

Remedial Roof work, new window sill, painting

Very clean, very tidy. Excellent work. Done on time and on budget. I have no hesitation in recommending the work of this company. We have used them in the past and will continue to use them in the future. This was a very small job and I thought it might be too small for them but they approached it with the same professionalism and care as they would a much larger job.
