Matthew arrived at the time stated, immediately set to work and diagnosed the fault within a couple of minutes (it wasn't a normal washer replacement, the whole "gland" needed replacing). Matthew didn't have the part on him but sourced one within minutes and the whole visit was completed in under a hour (which included going to get the part!). We now have a silent tap so we can enjoy peaceful evenings once again! Thank you Matthew!

Matt built what has come to be known as 'The Ark' in our back courtyard. What seemed a straightforward job turned out to be extremely difficult as the shed needed to fit underneath a sloping staircase and once constructed was incredibly heavy. It took a lot longer than anticipated but Matt was determined not to rush the job and ensure a professional finish even if it took him past his estimated hours. We were so pleased with the job we paid him extra and plan to get him quoting our next job. Matt is always busy and a difficult man to pin down so don't expect a lightening turnaround, but that is testimony to his demand for perfection and his popularity as a highly skilled, professional, tidy and polite craftsman. It was a pleasure having him and his team here.

After a break-in I called Matt and his team to secure my door. They were on site approx 20 minutes later and my door was fixed and secured in 10. He only charged me for the call out which was very reasonable of him considering he used a number of screws and repaired the lock without hesitation. A real professional, many thanks.

Matt made a really nice job fitting the custom made oak frame and double glazed side lights. He then fitted the oak front door and fitted the nightlatch and mortice lock. Matt finished the frame off with some oak trims inside and out, we are really pleased with the finished result, the work was done to an excellent standard. MJS repaired our kitchen ceiling after a leak from the bathroom above, the work was completed at a very reasonable price and time scale, the quality of work was very good after a couple of coats of paint the repair can no longer be seen at all.

Matt fitted 4 vents to the doors of the cupboard our central heating gas boiler is in. This work had to be completed urgently as our boiler had stopped working and British Gas would not touch the boiler until the vents had been fitted (Gas Safe Regulations). Matt carried out the work quickly and at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended!
