Replace faulty gas tap on a Baxi Boiler.
Both the lady who answered the phone and the engineer were polite, friendly and helpful. I felt it was important to them to resolve the problem with my gas flue. I would recommend them.

Cooker pilot on Rayburn nouvelle was out. Cleaned, replaced. Leaking valve discovered - Replaced.
Had trouble finding trader to deal with Rayburn nouvelle.  Rang one day, arrived next.  Sorted problem, then had to locate a part that was obsolete. Took time and trouble to locate and then fixed - Brilliant.  I would recommend them.
