Boiler repair
He arrived on time and tried to repair the boiler as cheaply as possible. Once the job was completed he left everything clean and tidy.

Replacement of immersion heater.
They phoned to apologise they would be an hour or so later that planned as they had to deal with an emergency. That was fine by me as I was a similar emergency for them 4 days before Christmas.  I would recommend them
