I found their customer service dismal. they caused quite a lot of damage throughout my property and left certain areas irreparable. They didn't undertake the work as specified and were very hostile on the phone when I tried to discuss my concerns.

My company did not meet the customer expectations, the primary cause for this was continual specification and logistical changes. We tried on numerous occasions to explain to the customer that with windows open, central heating would never heat the house up.
