M L Builders is a family run business based in Tonbridge.  All building and maintenance contracts undertaken under the personal supervision of Malcolm Larter, with over 25 years experience in building and project management. Our business his fully insured up to £5,000,000 liability and the Company has a qualified and competent team. All necessary mainline plant and vehicles are Company property, insuring the client that our projects progress without delay. We as a Company will take on a variety of  building projects, these include Kitchen Fitting, Bathroom Fitting, any Maintenance Work, Groundwork, Extensions, Loft Conversions, New Build Houses or Renovation.

Customer care is at the heart of all our efforts. From experience we fully recognise and respect that a building project can cause a deal of concern and disruption to clients, but we plan our work with this in mind in order to minimise inconvenience.

Insulated and boarded loft and some repointing of brickwork

Once again an excellent job by Malcolm and his team. Great communication and monitoring of job all the way through. This is the third time I've used them and I will be using them again! I am happy to recommend them to anyone.

Remove wall between kitchen and dining room, remove kitchen and fit brand new kitchen. Renovation to utility room to provide inside access, new WC and basin, seal outside entrance to utility room.

Brilliant, Malcolm and the team were polite, efficient and always happy to help. This was the first work we had every had carried out and Malcolm was more than happy to go over any work that needed to be done, how it was to be done and why. Malcolm was always available to answer any questions and was always honest about what work needed to be done and how much it would cost. We could not be happier with the team when they were here, and we couldn't be happier with the result.
