Refurb of plumbing system, new shower room and new bathroom
He was employed to refurbish our plumbing, install a new bathroom and separate shower room. Tiler that he employed let us down the night before. He assured us he would finish the bathroom, but let us down because a larger job had come in. We have had to employ others to finish the work. All other trades we used were 100% reliable and on time.

I feel the above feedback is totally unacceptable, I was always going to finish this work, but because I had started a new job the next available date I was able to get back was 24th April, which they were not happy with and told me they were going to get someone else to finish. I explained that as a sole trader I need a bit of notice to book work in as I am very busy. With that I felt the communication with the customer broke down and he told me not to come back.

Matt does an excellent job - he is patient and helpful and managed to deliver a high standard of work despite being surrounded with various builders mess, teenage children and pets. He is always happy to give advice and discuss any issues. Would definitely use him again.

Fitting of doors, skirting and dado rail. Replacement of decking.
Matt was brilliant. He works really hard and produces a professional finish. I can't fault him. At the end of each day, he cleared up any mess. He is considerate (i.E. Closing exterior windows to reduce dust coming in form where he was working outside) I rate his work so highly, I have already recommended Matt to friends and will be booking him to re-fit my kitchen later in the year. It was refreshing to use a tradesman who is so clearly proud of his work and so professional.

Fit Whirlpool bath, wet room shower and stud wall.
