Single storey rear extension.
Mark was very friendly and helpful. The work was completed on budget and on time, despite weeks of wet weather. He kept me informed throughout the build as to when he and other trades would be on site and what stage would be completed. Extremely reliable and easy to communicate with, exactly what you need from a builder.

Excellent. Mark completed the work in the timeframe given, and to a very high standard. Created new shower room from 2 small rooms, removed chimney breast and fitted new kitchen. Roofing of garage and other general building work. Excellent timekeeper. Really pleasant and has an excellent team that he calls is as needed. Highly recommended.

Refit one bathroom and add shower enclosure to 2nd.
After being let down by several workman Mark
renewed my faith in builder by always turning up when he said he would. He has
made a lovely job of the bathroom, replacing rotten joists and floor boards. Replacing toilet and fitting a vanity unit in a very tight space. He also
fitted a thermostatic shower over the bath and a new towel radiator. The
overall finish is superb, I am so pleased. Mark also fitted a shower enclosure
to my second bathroom, again in a limited space with a electric shower. Again,
I am really pleased with it. Mark is so easy to talk to, always does as he
promises. I would highly recommend him.

Rear extension
Mark has been excellent throughout the build. He is cheerful, trustworthy and reliable. Nothing is too much bother, customer satisfaction is paramount and he goes above and beyond to please. The trades he uses are very professional and again trustworthy. The standard of work is high and I would recommend Mark , (and already have) to others.
