Having checked the roof Paul took the time to go through possible causes of the damp chimney breast and ceiling. He obviously has a lot of experience and knowledge and was happy to talk things through. I would recommend Macmillan Roofing as honest, quality work and a fair price.

The work was carried out at a difficult time with the weather but Paul and his team were excellent. They have done a first class job, all completed on time (despite the weather!) and according to budget. We have no hesitation in recommending them.

Paul was excellent, carrying out the work within a reasonable time. He kept me fully advised of an issue that prevented him carrying out one aspect of the work in a standard way. Which was impossible due to the proximity of another building. We agreed how he could adapt the work to best get round this problem. He was also extremely helpful when it was found due to the original construction, the ceiling of the wet room would need to come down, in that he spoke to a contact who was able to re plaster in a short time frame. He also assisted me with a reconfiguration problem with lighting. Despite all of this he off set the work he did not have to do against the plastering that had to be done and I still only ended up paying the amount of the original quote. He was highly professional and flexible throughout and I would thoroughly recommend him to any one.

The roof over my front porch has leaked for some time and getting anybody to fix it, including the builder who built the thing in the first place, proved impossible. Until Macmillan!! They came, inspected the roof, determined the repair necessary and carried out the work very professionally. Excellent choice.
